Editor of the Reformer:

I read the article in the Reformer about making Bellows Falls a better place; that's fine,' but how about making the downtown safer for pedestrians to cross the main street for starters! I know what the law is, but how is it going to be enforced when one never sees a BF police officer on foot downtown ever?

When was the last time anyone has seen a BF cop directing traffic downtown? You can have all the laws you want on the books and ordinances but if they aren't being enforced what good are they?

The downtown needs traffic lights and people should be able to cross the streets without being in fear of their lives.
