Employee Under Investigation Newfane, Vermont - April 7, 2008 The second in command of the Windham County Sheriff's Department is under investigation. Sheriff Keith Clark announced Monday that he suspended Captain Heidi Nelson until further notice. Clark said in a statement he received information that Clark engaged in a relationship with a 17-year-old student at the Windham Regional Career Center in Brattleboro. The sheriff's department and the state police are investigating. |
